Everybody Welcome
No membership or registration is required. Each class aims to provide experience of meditation in general and an introduction to tried and trusted meditation techniques that can help us get through our day with a focused and peaceful mind.
Classes follow an informal format that includes:
• Starting with a short breathing meditation
• An explanation of a particular meditation technique
• A short guided meditation to gain some practical experience
• Refreshments and a chance to chat with the teacher
