Sunday 19th June 10am - 1pm - The Eight Extremes and the Middle Way - with Gen Kelsang Chonden at Amitabha Centre in Bristol

All conceptions grasping at true existence are included within the conceptions grasping at the eight extremes which lie at the root of all delusions. Because delusions give rise to contaminated actions that keep us trapped in samsara, these conceptions are the root of samsara. The middle way is free from the extremes of existence and non-existence and reveals the true nature of things.
