The Weekly Classes
On-going introductory classes which are ideal for beginners to meditation and Buddhism. They present simple, practical techniques for solving our inner problems through increasing our peace and happiness.

Feburary 1st - March 21st - Learn to Meditate - Make a fresh start to the year with this practical guide to the benefits of meditation and how to incorporate it into every day. In particular, we will look at how to improve relationships in all areas of our life. Everyone is welcome.
The classes will draw from the book Eight Steps to Happiness by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso (now available as an ebook.)

The Teacher for these classes is Becky Maybury.

Each class is self-contained and includes a talk, guided meditation, a chance to ask questions and refreshments.
We request a facility fee of £30 for the whole course or £6 per class.
